PM 3. Be able to co-ordinate a production process

We have officially started the first sprint of the production today, and have conducted a SCRUM meeting to decide what where we all are in terms of mindset and understanding of the production process. We have reminded ourselves of what we are doing and need to do fully since we might’ve forgotten over the Christmas break. We have also all got access to a Trello board in which we have added our Backlog, Live and Done tasks and all the sub-tasks under those. From this, we have assigned tasks to start on for each of us.
Since we are still deciding on the main player character, I have added a deadline for Emma to finish this concept by Friday 10th January. She wanted extra feedback on the concept she had already finished and wasn’t happy with it which is why this is stunted. Due to this, I couldn’t start a rough modelling of the player character and so started on some testing of stylized assets such as rocks & trees.




I have tried to make them as low poly as possible, and added some simple lambert textures to give me a better idea of what they will look like.
