I have been working on the deer test I was modelling yesterday and have expanded on it significantly. After having a SCRUM meeting with my team, we decided that we wanted the model to be lower poly than it currently was but still stylized like the image below.

I took this as an opportunity to start again but this time as low poly as I could get it. I then started to realise that it would be harder than I thought.

I then decided that instead of starting again, I would work in a reverse high poly>low poly workflow and start to remove edge loops from the high poly version of the deer I made. This started to work, and with a little bit of fiddling with the vertices and edges it began to come together. I added a tail and ears and eyes, which are all separate from the model itself, and then extruded a nose.
